The location is ideal, close to restaurants, shopping, and Sacramento and Folsom malls and outlets. The breakfast was nice to have hot items and waffles versus pastries and fruit but its the same everyday, no variations. the staff was super friendly, the facilities were ok, the first room I was placed in wrecked of urine (human urine) and I was promptly moved. The hallways could stand to be freshened up on some floors but overall the facility was clean.

Front desk staff/management really went out of their way to help my brother check in despite my credit card initially being declined as I had neglected to update payment method. They did not have to go out of their way to do this!! EXCELLENT customer service skills!! There are not many businesses with exceptional staff like this!!!! :-) :-) :-)

Jash the front desk was really helpful and friendly and made you feel welcome and goes above and beyond. Transferred us to another room when the tv was not working.. made our stay really very nice and the hotel is soo clean and great size bedrooms
